Nick McCollum

I'm currently a senior software engineer at Seamgen, a Xamarin Authorized Consulting Partner, where I'm responsible for developing large-scale native and cross-platform (iOS, Android, Windows Phone) mobile application projects using C#, Xamarin, and MvvmCross. I have an extensive background in iOS development focusing on application architecture, multi-threaded CoreData solutions, and complex custom UI and animations.

In addition to my background in mobile, I'm passionate about clean and effective API design. Having worked with numerous clients' and third-party APIs (in addition to building my own with Golang, Cassandra, and NGINX), I have learned that solid API design can make or break the development process of any mobile application that interfaces with that API.
